  We came into your shop on Saturday and had our purchase of a bed delivered today.  I cannot thank you enough for such a fantastic quality item, the pleasant experience in your shop and the great delivery service. The delivery drivers were not only polite and friendly but they happily removed their shoes before taking the bed into our newly carpeted bedroom and to my delight they carefully assembled the bed also. I cannot fault our experience with your company and the wooden goose in the thank you for your purchase letter was a lovely little touch that really sums up your business, your staff go the extra mile and make you feel a valued customer and the quality of your items is second to none.
