  Only waited 25 minutes for a portion of chips in a less than 1/10 full dining area. Only one person had food served in front of me... really poor service. Ordered @11:25a.m

  Nice store, wide range of products, cafe food is good. However a few weeks ago I fell in the store quite violently onto my side, a Staff Member was stood directly in front of me, witnessing the whole thing, but did nothing to help. I was left with bruises all over the one side of my body.
